The agenda for the 2022 Cord Blood Connect international congress will include sessions on cord blood and perinatal tissue banking, manufacturing, clinical outcomes improvement, new applications, and emerging regenerative therapies – plus panel discussions, posters, exhibits, a welcome reception and networking opportunities.

Plenary session topics will include emerging uses of cord blood and birthing tissues, management of infectious complications of cord blood transplant, health care disparities, and regulatory issues and ethics.

Concurrent scientific and technology and education sessions are being developed by committees led by Karen Ballen, MD, Division Chief, University of Virginia School of Medicine, Charlottesville, Virginia, USA, and Marcie Finney, MS, MBA, Executive Director, Cleveland Cord Blood Center, Cleveland, Ohio, USA.
